Some Important Rules & Information For Deposits

PAN / FORM 60 / 61 is Mandatory to open Deposit account as per income tax department
• Photo and Introduction is Mandatory for Deposit account Any Time deposit account can be open by accepting instrument like cheque, DD etc.
• New account holder can’t become introducer up to 6 months.
• Depositor ought to renew his deposit on or before 14 days after maturity date
• Term deposit’s period will be minimum 30 days and maximum of 10 years.

Saving Account

• Minimum Balance Amount (with cheque book & without cheque book) : 500/-
• Interest @ 4.00% P. A. on Savings Bank deposit is paid quarterly. (From 01.04.2010 interest will be calculated on daily product basis)

• Account opening form • Latest passport size photograph • Self cheque or cash deposit • Driving license / Voter's ID card / PAN card / Employee ID card /Passport/Addhar card • Elect/Tele.bill/ Ration card/Latest House tax receipts/Index ii • Bank passbook / statement
